As a 3 year old, CH Great Day's Came the Son was crowned the 2 year old Harness
World Champion.
In 1994, he won the triple crown for the 3 year olds in the saddle horse world.
He won the Fine Harness ASHA National 3 year old Futurity at the KY State Fair.
Then he went on to win the 3 year old Fine Harness Sweepstakes at the All American
Classic. Came the Son ended his season by winning the UPHA Fine Harness Classics
Championship at the American Royal.
In 1995, he won the Junior Fine Harness class at Rock Creek. He then won the
Junior Fine Harness Championship at the Lexington Junior League before being crowned
the World Champion in the Junior Fine Harness Division.
Came the Son showed for several more years, winning Open Fine Harness Classes as such
horse shows at Rock, ASHAV and Pro-Am before retiring to stand at stud.
Some of Great Day's Came the Son notable get are Prophet's Song,
Our Sonflower, Irrisistable Day, Phillip Martinelli, Callaway's Paisano and Father
McKenzie.
